Tonight's Mystic Forrest Collaboration was a huge success! Many more photographers, models, makeup artists, hair stylists and costume/jewelry designers than we truly expected! Thank you for everyone who came out!
The collaboration was inspired by the two-of-the-four elements of nature - earth and water. Airport Lakes Park, located by the Orlando Airport, was the best location for this theme. The park includes a lake, with a creek flowing throughout the woods on the east side of the park. The trees provide several locations of shade and are beautifully draped with moss thus providing the perfect backdrop.
Several collaborations are currently pending minor details (such a vendor approval, fire regulations, etc.) and scheduled dates will be posted soon. We like to schedule our collaborations several weeks in advance, to provide artists the opportunity to plan ahead and make any props they need before the event. Mystic Forrest was planned 6 weeks in advance and the event invite reached 10,810 artists from Florida to South Carolina.
All the artists that attended this event, I will be holding onto your information for future collaborations. Master lists are provided to all participates 24-48 hours after the event, so we can provide credit to those artists on our social media platforms.
