Events, Styled Shoots, Collaborations, and Meet-Ups
All events, styled shoots, collaborations, and meet-ups will be specifically labeled either TFP (Time For Photos / Trade For Photos) or Fee Required. (Event fees are required to pay for venues, vendor services, models and/or misc fees that vary per event.)
MODEL RELEASES
ALL models are REQUIRED to complete a Model Release, Magazine Release (optional) for International Model Magazine & a Property Waiver BEFORE any photographer takes your photo at any of our events. If a model chooses NOT to sign a release, photographers will be informed that a model release was not completed. It will be up to those photographers if they would like to proceed.
- PHOTOGRAPHERS -
ALL fee-related events require you to complete a vendor agreement and/or property release waiver. If you are new to our events, please check-in and introduce yourself.
MINORS
ALL Minors (17 years of age or younger) are REQUIRED to have a parent/guardian present at all times. No exceptions. Photographers will be informed which models are minors before we begin.
PRIVATE PROPERTY EVENTS required EVERYONE to sign a model release/vendor agreement & a property release.
PUBLIC PROPERTY EVENTS - Model releases and Property Releases are required, however, vendor agreements are not.
