Tell us about you! What is your story? Married, kids, fur babies? What things do you do besides your craft? I enjoy competitive shooting (firearms) and riding motorcycles.
Be straight with us... which brand do you use? What is your favorite piece of gear - lens, camera body, etc? Canon is my favorite brand and all I use. Favorite gear is my Canon 5Ds and my 24-105 L series lens.
When you travel, where do you go & what gear do you bring with you? Usually, go to Tennessee, I bring my Canon 5D Mark IV.
What editing programs do you use? Photoshop and Portrait Pro 19
What has been the hardest part of being a photographer? How long have you been working your craft? Learning to be comfortable working with models. Been actively shooting 2 years this time.
What makes your passion shine and what are you most passionate about when you see your finished work? Shooting an image that needs little or no editing is my passion.
Would you change anything that you have learned? Name one thing that you've learned along the way that you wish you would have learned sooner. I wouldn't change anything I've learned from everyone I've worked with and all my mistakes. I wish I had learned more about settings sooner.
Among your works, which is your favorite & why? One of my first models put on a sweater with a hoodie and covered the lower part of your face, highlighting her eyes, this has been my favorite to date.
What is your inspiration? What is the most rewarding part for you? Getting a perfect shot that doesn't need any editing.
Tell us something we wouldn't know about you, from looking at your portfolio. I am an Air Force Veteran and the proud father of an Air Force Veteran.
What advice do you have for Creative's just starting out? Buy the best equipment you can right away, don't skimp hi-quality lenses over the camera.
