Tell us about you! What is your story? What things do you do besides your craft? I served in the United States Coast Guard for 4 years as an Operation Specialist. Currently, I am going to school full-time to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Finance. I love playing sports and spending time with my daughter!
Be straight with us... which brand do you use? What is your favorite piece of gear - lens, camera body, etc? I use Canon gear at the moment. So far, my favorite piece has been the 28-75mm f 2.8 lens. I am fairly new to photography and still exploring my options.
When you travel, where do you go & what fear do you bring with you? I bring my camera bag with all of my lenses I have so far, my gimbal, a few diffusers and music! I travel wherever the model would like to shoot.
What editing programs do you use? Lightroom, After Affects, Photoshop, Premier Pro
What is the hardest part of being a photographer/videographer? How long have you been working your craft? Learning the programs used for editing. It is like buying your grandparents a new iPhone - no offense to anyone. I've been studying watching YouTube videos and I plan on taking courses.
What makes your passion shine and what are you most passionate about when you see your finished work? Seeing the model/customer happy and excited about the finished results.
Would you change anything that you have learned? Name one thing that you've learned along the way that you wish you would have learned sooner. Capturing different shots from different angles.
Among your works, which is your favorite & why? My favorite has to be one of the beach shoots, because I was able to capture some good photos as well as videos.
What is your inspiration? What is the most rewarding part for you? My daughter is my inspiration! As I would love for her to grow into a beautiful model/actress.
Tell us something we wouldn't know about you, from looking at your portfolio. I write music.
What advice do you have for Creative's just starting out? Stay focused and try new things, it is very easy to become demotivated.
